Our laboratory and small-batch plasma systems for surface pretreatment are designed for use in laboratory environments or small-scale production and are manufactured in series. They offer the ideal sizes, throughput rates, and capacities (chamber volumes ranging from 2.4 liters to 40 liters). The benchtop systems are suitable for the activation, finishing, cleaning, or coating of surfaces on a wide variety of materials and are particularly practical for use in medical technology, research and development, semiconductor technology, plastics processing, or electronics.

MiniFlecto®

Our “MiniFlecto®” series model is a small, compact laboratory system—or benchtop unit—designed for the efficient treatment of material surfaces using low-pressure plasma technology in a vacuum chamber.

With a chamber volume of 2.4 liters, it is one of our smallest laboratory plasma systems and operates efficiently with an 80-watt generator.

PlasmaFlecto®10

The “PlasmaFlecto10®” is a laboratory plasma system with a chamber volume of 11.4 liters. This compact benchtop unit is easy to operate, and processes can be logged and adjusted via the display.

PlasmaFlecto®40

This modern laboratory system has external dimensions of 704 x 415 x 700 mm, operates with a 600-watt generator, and is therefore a versatile benchtop unit.
